I recommend not putting Jewel Cichlids with Neon Tetras in the same aquarium. This is because Jewel Cichlids are pretty aggressive and can eat Neon Tetras. If you want to put Jewel Cichlids together, it is best to put them with black widow tetras, rosy barbs, gourami, or rainbow fish.
